Workshops on special issues in food microbiology and food safety

Workshops on special issues in food microbiology and food safety form part of the international scope of ICFMH. The first Workshop on “Food Safety in Africa” was conducted at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, in December 2003. It will be followed by a second Workshop on “Food Safety in Africa” at the same venue from 25 November to 1 December 2007.
